When the project is not started yet, I can take the lead in the early stages, to define the frame, evaluate needs, and to put in place some “good practices” depending on the context and teams maturity

When the project is already launched, and is facing some difficulties or already in failure, I can intervene to take back control of it, mobilize the teams to close one first part of the scope, in order to make the teams be confident and be able to continue on their own with little support.
